We collect the information you provide when creating an account and using Calivio — your name, email, and the health profile values (age, gender, height, weight, goal, and activity level) you choose to share.

Nutrition & profile data

Your meals, scan history, daily targets, and Premium insights are stored so you can review your progress across sessions. This data is associated with your account and used to personalize recommendations and analytics inside the app.

Image uploads for scan analysis

Photos you take or upload for meal scanning are sent securely to our AI provider to detect food items and estimate nutrition. Images are processed for analysis only and are not used to train third-party models or shared with advertisers.

Payment security

Subscription payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Calivio never sees or stores your full card number — only the subscription status returned by the store.

Our Commitment

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, restrict internal access, and only retain data for as long as needed to provide the service.
